About Us
Arkham Con (soon to be The Order of the Unseen Entity) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity whose purpose is:
● To foster community,
● To promote mental wellbeing, and
● To provide a safe social space for traditionally marginalized groups.
This is typically be accomplished via in-person or online events centered around board games, card games, and other forms of communal entertainment which teach social skills, offer interesting mathematical and social puzzles to solve, and allow people to build connections and community around a shared interest.
We were previously named Arkham Con (the entity) to align with an event we produce called Arkham Con (the convention). Now, we are in the process of changing our name to the Order of the Unseen Entity, but we still produce Arkham Con and many other events.
Our EIN is 41-3984361 and our most recent 990-N is available here. Please note that the EIN and 990 are currently tied to the name Arkham Con (our name that we are in the process of changing), but that will be different soon.
